Our superstars from Key Stage 1 attended the 2019 St. Mary’s Academy Trust cricket skills show at the beautiful home of West Bretton Cricket Club. Dean Smith from Yorkshire Cricket Board organised 180 children brilliantly in a round robin cricket skills format. The children experienced drills around batting, bowling, fielding and wicket keeping. A super morning where we achieved a second place finish too! Thanks to Dean, West Bretton CC and St. Mary’s Academy Trust for the opportunity. A special mention to our fantastic families who were able to support the children.
