We were visited by artist Andrew Wynne in school. Years 5 and 6 created a wonderful piece in just one day measuring 1m x 1m. It hangs proudly in reception (thank you Mr. Smith.) The mosaic is made from durable materials and looks terrific, we love it. The children and Andrew were jointly responsible for all of the cutting of the ceramic and placing of the individual pieces. The design was then subject to grouting, cleaning and finishing. The end result is amazing. Well done everyone and thank you Andrew, a wonderful day.
