Super Sculptors

The children have been researching different ways to find out what people think Hoyland needs to make it great. We believe it need a Sculpture which represents our heritage and history. Our sculpture includes mining, canals, Newcoman’s engine, the markets and the people. We are hoping that the council will agree and grant permission for the commission of this spectacular piece of art. Watch this space for the finished sculpture and hopefully a positive reply from the town hall!
